Your main tasks, among others, will be:
• Independent pre-selection of applicants, both freelancers and potential permanent employees for our international team
• Organization and conduction of interviews and maintenance of our applicant database
• Independent search of applicants via common networking platforms
• Designing online job advertisements
• Close cooperation with other departments regarding job requirements, including regular updates on the application statuses
• Consultation regarding the contract offers for candidates
• Revision and adaptation of employment and work contracts to the current legal situation in cooperation with our lawyer
• Organization of on and off boarding of our artists
• Organization and participation in (inter)national fairs and networking events

We expect from you to have:
• Successfully completed BA degree and/or commercial training
